Award-winning Italian chef Egidio Latorraca hails from Milan has captured key kitchen positions at restaurants and renowned hotels, such as Mariott, Rocco Forte Hotels, The Kerry Hotels, Hilton, Belvedere, Vanetian, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi (the first Sofitel Legend hotel), and Intercontinental.
Chef Egidio approached us through our Shanghai office for a revamp of his personal portfolio site. This required us to work with new assets as the site needed new videos and photos to match. Due to lack of access to new material due to the Covid pandemic shutting down kitchens, we decided to re-edit past content and shoot new material.

Food presentation shoots proved to be challenging, however we managed to get some good shots in the end working at remote locations.
