AIM ARCHITECTURE.site, Google, Baidu & Bing SEO

Award-winning projects did not look and were painful to find on the old site. The site did not reflect the companies new direction. It was hard to update and organize project works. AIM decided a revamp with emphasis on improved brand visibility and functionality was required.

From sketch, wireframe, to custom design. Our design team created multiple versions with careful attention to every pixel.

The coders took over from designers to give the site optimized code to meet Google speed and GTmetrix score of A. We wanted Google, Bing, Baidu search engines and users happy.

A site should change with the business. We wanted to give AIM control over site updates with a beautiful user-friendly WordPress CMS.

We made full use of striking large project imagery grids on the homepage to immediately set the tone, and help set AIM apart in a competitive market. Going back to basics we selected a simple timeless classic visual look and UX.

We realised that most people in Shanghai have been to at least two of the buildings AIM have designed. SOHO Bund, NIO House Shanghai, etc. With this in mind a text listing of names and simple organized filter would let users easily find a project.

On desktop we wanted to offer other architects and potential clients a classically simple full project view.

For those who are more visual we implemented clean project browsing through images.

Nobody likes a slow website. We coded it light and fast.

Going beyond just having simplified Chinese language, we wanted to make Baidu and Bing search engines happy.

The judges agreed with us, this work was classic modern to deserve recognition. Our collaboration with AIM speaks for itself. Visit award page
